Bonbourg’s sister restaurant, Pilgrim, is a little quieter but just as vibrant, adding to the already extensive offering in the Graslin district. With a magnificent view over the square, this new restaurant has quickly established its style. The cuisine borrows from French tradition, the owner’s British roots and the street food he’s tasted on his many travels. God save Pilgrim!
