It’s first come, first served at this new address in place of the now-closed L’Aménité. Guillaume and Victorien, two childhood friends with a passion for food, offer ramen with rich, distinctively flavoured broths, noodles prepared on the spot (using the imposing machine at the restaurant’s entrance), and delicious toppings.
