Mugen Ramen

It’s first come, first served at this new address in place of the now-closed L’Aménité. Guillaume and Victorien, two childhood friends with a passion for food, offer ramen with rich, distinctively flavoured broths, noodles prepared on the spot (using the imposing machine at the restaurant’s entrance), and delicious toppings. Short sides menu, veggie option (veg is grown locally by Alice Ménard) and ramen specials. No booking required.
