Take a trip to Vallet, in the heart of the vineyards, where Anaïs Vignaud and Dylan Lebossé have set up shop in the church square, in this small restaurant seating around twenty people. Having worked for several years at Restaurant de la Vallée in Clisson, the young duo now offer a traditional menu, with carefully prepared seasonal produce and dishes with sauces. High standards of service, with wines from neighbouring winemaker Stéphane Orieux.
