Kenji et Louise

There’s no point looking for Louise (she works behind the scenes!), but you will find the delicious ramen of Kenji, the Japanese-Micronesian chef at this discreet address near the Town Hall. Behind his counter, he prepares this Japanese speciality of wheat noodles served in a tasty broth. Here, it’s made with chicken and served with organic, seasonal vegetables. The noodles, like the gyozas, are home-made, and the vegetable tempura is to die for!
