This restaurant and garden is Sarah Mainguy’s long-awaited new place! Nestled on the sixth and top floor of a contemporary building, it offers a one-of-a-kind experience in Nantes. Even more than the setting and the view, it’s the very personal cuisine of Freia’s young female chef that makes it unique. She brings a new slant to some of Nantes’ best produce, particularly that of her partner and market gardener Alice Ménard. Classy but friendly service and spot-on wine pairings. Worth the climb!
