On the western tip of the île de Nantes, you’ll find cuisine without borders! Alice (front of house) and Emmanuelle (at the stove) welcome refugees to their training restaurant and help them to integrate through cooking. It’s a chance to savour new flavours and generous dishes, some created by visiting apprentices. The atmosphere is bright, as is the venue. It’s open from morning until lunchtime, and beyond with workshops that bring people together (cooking, crafts).
