Look out for the sunny orange and yellow façade of Club Colette! Here, everything comes in jars, from starter to dessert, and you can eat in (reheated) or take away. Clémence Goussin has drawn on her experience as a zero-waste caterer (at Simone and Co) to open this new everyday eatery serving tasty dishes prepared with downgraded vegetables (fish, meat and veggie options available), throughout the day until 5pm. You’ll also find home-made soft drinks, including iced tea and ginger beer.
