Enjoy sublime meats (like wagyu beef from Les Prés d’Ejen) grilled to perfection, and other delicacies cooked marvellously (marrow bones, terrines…). And, lest we forget the fish chowder! The wine list focusses on lovely organic and biodynamic tipple.
